Kumbari Avenue School

The Kumbari Avenue School - Gold Coast is an Education Queensland State School. The school, formerly known as The Southport Special School, was established in 1970 and is one of the largest facilities of its kind in Queensland. Our school is a co-educational facility which caters for approximately 110 students form birth to 18+ years of age.

League for Life students at Robina SHS work with students from Kumbari Ave on their farm- caring and feeding the animals, building fences and pens and working in the garden. LFL students conduct regular fundraising to assist in puschasing feed for the animals and equipment for the farm. To date they have raised over $1000.
